FNB should stop using Mr D

I ordered my credit card on the 20th October and I only received comms from Mr D on the 23rd saying that they have collected my card and will be in touch soon. Friday the 27th, I had to be the one to call Mr D to find out what the delay is and I was told that the driver will deliver my card before 5 PM after I told them I leave work at 3PM. Fine, the delivery was changed for Monday the 30th before 3PM. I received a call later that day from the driver and he said he would deliver my card on Monday before 12PM. I called Mr D at 1PM today and the lady said no it cannot be before 12PM because their delivery services only start at 11AM. She then said it will be delivered today before 3PM. It is 16:13 right now and I still have not received my card nor a call from the courier company keeping me updated.

I called Mr D at 16:20 and the lady said that she could not get hold of the driver and that the card will be delivered before 5PM so I should wait until 5PM and if the driver does not come I will probably get my card tomorrow.

I've seen a number of complaints from FNB clients about the same experience and I would like to urge FNB to discontinue doing business with Mr D because this disgusting service actually looks bad on you and I am in the process of cancelling my accounts with FNB and switching over to Standard Bank once my credit card is settled.

I can't handle this kind of pillar to post nonsense! I will have switched banks by the time the cards I have expire so I won't have to deal with this nonsense. Services are rather inconvenient rather than convenient.

Oh my goodness! What kind of insanity is this? I received an SMS at 17:19 from FNB saying they confirm that Mr D delivered my card. So I walked over to our reception to check if any delivery came for me and the security handed the envelope from FNB to me. I was not contacted to come over and sign for my card like CCD does when they delivered my cards to me previously. You want to talk about security yet our banks cards can be handed to anyone without verification?!? Come on! You encourage ***** by allowing ********** to debit our bank accounts and make it difficult for us to get our money back with all the charges that went with it. Then we have to deal with our bank cards being handed to anyone without our authorization from the client!
