FNB should stickto banking !

I have an account with DNB and took part in their promotion to get a tablet. 2 months ago my tablets stopped charging and I had to call over 4 times in a space of two weeks to even come and pick up the faulty tablet.
When they picked it up they checked the device and charger for abuse as the guy said that was the number 1 reason why they stop working. I hardly ever use my tablet and it is still in perfect condition - which the guy agreed.
Now its almost 6 weeks later and I still don't have my tablet. I have been on the phone with several FNB consultants including my own banker and still nothing has been done.
In the mean-time they continue to debit my account for a device they have refused to fix.
I am at the point of cancelling my private wealth account with FNB over something so ridiculous. I understand now why people say FNB is arrogant and their service is ****.
To everyone that wants to buy a mobile or a tablet - don't buy at FNB!!!
