FNB should rather stick to money than try selling phones

<p>I layed a complaint on Wednesday already asking for somebody to contact me... Guess my complaint about the pathetic phone i recieved from FNB is not good valued. I took an FNB Gold phone in September. The phone has been giving numerous problems. The phone doesnt get signal, and keeps searching for signal which means it eats at the battery time.. The phone is on charge the whole time, and if it is off charge it drops in % by default of 10's withing minutes... The phone rings very softly, and when talking to somebody you need to listen very carefully.... The phone has finally packed up! It doesnt switch on at all. I called the call centre and they advised me that the phone has been discontinued and there is no parts and somebody will call me to arrange an alternative(still waiting). I am told by them that i can cancell the contact at a fee, or i can take a contract of R215-00 which is R115-00 more than what i am crrently paying. Why should i pay more? Why should i pay for cancelling my contract if FNB is the one in breach of contract here not me.. Because FNB doesnt have phones nor parts and in contravention of the contract that i do have with them, i want the new phone at the same price and i want it like in yesterday. THis is really a horrible experience with FNB... </p>
