FNB should not do CIPC company Registrations

Good Day. It has been more than a month that i tried to "first"register a business via FNB's CIPC portal. Well i had many people from FNB contact me after i came to Helopeter. Well that is where the problem comes in. they contact me possibly due to someone monitoring your Helopeter complaints line. But they (the FNB representatives) don't know why they should be making contact. Please ask the FNB social media monitors to firstly read our complaints and secondly assign the correct resources to deal with our issues. They (FNB) might not even bother to respond since their people do not know why they contacting me. They all have the same template in responding to a query.. What a Joke......
