FNB should clear funds immediately

My business and FNB have a long symbiotic history but this time around,I feel as if the bank is giving me round abouts

Late last month my business account was closed and have had to reopen a new one whilst employees are waiting to be paid.Now there has been deposit made,but the bank seems to be dragging feet to clear the funds.I have written several emails to the bank to speed up the process

The system of clearing of funds is highly frustrating if not unpredictable.I fail to understand where is the hold-up.I had explained to the bank why we need the funds immediately since we need to ensure proper recording and reports
