Fnb should change to How can we eat your money

I have app**** for claim on my insurance based on the reason I lost income, claim got approved. Fnb life is paying my loan and credit card installment but fnb keeps debiting my account which makes it negative am on negative 4000 because fnb comes around 5 times per month and try to collect money in my account of which I dnt have. How can you pay my installment but still try to debit on my account. I did speak to two different agents no help, also did write a complaint but no response
