Fnb should change their stuff

I never been so embarrassed by contact centre for business banking no one could assist me ive been transferred 13 times from one department to another

I have an issu with my business account it doesnt allow debit orders to come through as well as the speed point debit order mandate are not allowing it says the the debit order mandate is not authorised to this prticular account even the eletronic debits the companies cant access the account as it says account could not accept debit its gold check account and not easy zero i went to different branches all the stuff dont wanna listen they keep on telling me i have to authorise vi the app ongee how can you authorise something that is not there that the acooubt is not even accepting especialy business banking sucks in the contact centre hay angisaphathi e branchin they just tell you hayi i dont know

How embarresed iam my debit orders are not paid and i cant even use this so called business account of theirs

So embarrassed the care i got when they wanted me to open the account completely dissapointing when it comes to their service imagine been transferred to 13 people still no assistance going to 4 branches still no assistance
