FNB should change their slogan from "How can we help you?" to "We can't help with anything because we are useless"
FNB is NOT the reliable, helpful and customer orientated bank it used to be. I placed an online order for a TV on 26th of Dec, order was approved and received an order number on email and sms. However, was informed that there is no stock available the next day. Andrew Diat is the manager and is always "busy" when I call in (he clearly isn't interested in customer service and doesn't believe it is what the brand focuses on: "How can we help you?". Ntswaki is the Team Leader and was meant to revert back to me on a daily basis regarding product house releasing a TV to me since I placed TWO orders and therefore TWO TVs should have been placed on reserve for me. I haven'r heard from her since last week when she told me she will get a consultant to call me to place another order. I then placed a second order for an apple watch through one of Ntswaki's consultants. Order went through, received sms and email confirmation (28th Nov) and was told I will receive the item in 3-4 working days. I was expecting delivery today (4 days later) and was called to day "Sorry ma'am, there's no stock". I AM LIVID THAT THIS IS THE WAY A FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER IS BEING RUN!! Surely your system should pick up that there IS NO STOCK WHEN INITIALLY PLACING THE ORDER!! OR, the item should be removed from the website altogether since you advertising an item you don't have! False advertising! I have been with FNB for years but I will definitely be changing banks now. The consultants aren't helpful either, they transfer you from pillar to post because they are not knowledgeable on the issues. And when they transfer you, they don't tell you, all of a sudden you are back at the menu listening to all these voice prompts on options to choose from, going through the whole process again and explaining your issue to the next consultant that takes the call. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with online issues and I wouldn't recommend anyone on moving to FNB or opening an account with FNB. They are just not the way they used to be, honestly
This does not answer my question regarding false advertising? I want to know WHY my order went through initially. WHY I was told I should expect delivery within 3-4 working days. And then a week later, told there is no stock? WHY WAS IT ADVERTISED ON THE FNB WEBSITE IF THERE WAS NO STOCK TO BEGIN WITH!?! I don't want to hear "there is no stock". WHY is FNB advertising falsely? If stock ran out, it should have been removed from the website altogether and I should not have been able to place an order. I should NOT have received confirmation of my order being processed. I should not have been advised that my order is currently on its way. PERIOD!

Today I just received the following sms: "FNB :-) Telecoms Order No. FNB191129F***A: Cancellation request has been processed on 2019/12/12 09:11:50. FNB, a div of FRB Ltd"
Now please explain, WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! Is my order coming or not?!?!?!
