FNB should change their logo. You are not helping at all

How can we help you. That is a laugh. I app**** over a month ago for help with my personal loan and overdraught which i have insurance on due to retrenchment. I have have had many emails and sms telling me i must be patient as they have many applications but nothing further. SERIOUSLY AND IN THE MEANTIME I AM RUNNING OUT OF MONEY AND FNB DOES NOTHING. I have been a client for 27 years and this is how i get treated.
