FNB shortterm insurance ****

FNB short term insurance ****med me, they took my phone which was insured for repairs, no one even bothered to communicate with me. Then i called to find out whats happening then they sent me a form to sign that they will pay me money for new phone even today i am still waiting and i dont understand why they have to take my phone
