Fnb shorter insurance is a ****

Very dissapointed with FNB specifically their short term insurance. I have been a customer all my life basically and had household content insurance with them and paid the installments month after month including the increases and then years later i recently had my house broken into and they stole a few items and FNB go and reject my claim.

They said the reason for rejecting my claim is because I forgot to update my home address which I have been staying in for over 2 and a half years but as far as I know household content is the contents of my house it's not home insurance, so be very careful with this bank when signing up for any insurance.

The dissapointing part now is all the admin involved to get the Ombudsman involved and eventually move to a new bank after being a loyal customer for many many years.
