FNB short time credit life policy sucks
Since July I have submitted a claim to FNB credit life policy as I lost my contract where i worked. They keep on repeating the same story telling me they did not receive my documentation. Yet I have submitted it at least 12 times via e mail and the app. This is a ploy not to pay my claim It is now 3 months and the still tell me no doc received yet they admit my e mails were received.This is very poor policy admin

20 Oct 2020, 11:34FNB finally contacted me regarding the issue and it was resolved. It is a pity that we have to resolve issues via Hello Peter. At least it was done and pay-out made so we are happy.
