FNB Short term Loan Ref ***Q
I took a short term loan from FNB at the beginning of December 2017, to cover the shortfall for my medical aid debit order. I transferred the funds to my credit card acc. to ensure I don't use it, but after transferring it back into my cheque account on the 2nd for my debit order, FNB deducted the loan + interest. I logged a complaint & requested a reversal but until now they did not respond even though I explained. This means that I was unable to utilize loan, yet they deducted interest too. They basically took their money back as soon as they gave it. Taking the loan did not help me, I just lost money while they scored.
I'm disgusted at FNB!!!?? *******!!!
