FNB short term loan

I needed to take a temp loan from FNB to fix my car. So in doing this I needed money to get me through the month so I organized money from another service provider. Only for FNB not to send me the in contact to say money had come into my account and then take it all out putting me back in the situation with no money. This now puts me in more debit as I now have to pay interest on 2 loans. So I now have to get a 3rd loan but cannot put the money in my FNB account as they will just take it. I guess I have to open another bank account with a different bank. I would not recommend to anyone to take a short term loan with FNB.
