FNB short term insurance(building insurance)

I have a building insurance(short term insurance) with FNB. I claimed for a busted gyser on the 3rd of October. Nothing was leaking on the pipe side except for the busted gyser. They send a plumber to come and fix that(excess R1000) . The gyser is on top of the kids bathroom. The following day the kids bathroom ceiling was wet because one of the pipes was leaking after this guy's fixed the gyser. I then called my insurance to fixed this but they told me to pay another excess of R1000 for a pipe that wasn't leaking in the first place. That pipe is the outlet of the gyser so to me it is part of the gyser. I had to pay for the repairs myself for the pipe repairs and the ceiling is still not fixed cause FNB is still charging me for 2 excess on 1 job
