FNB Short Term Insurance - The worst insurance I have ever dealt with

FNB Short Term Insurance must be the worst insurance when it comes to the claims process. A claim which was reported on 23rd October has still not been finalised. A simple burst pipe with resultant damage. How long does it take to finalise a claim like that. The consultant handling your claim is constantly not available, every time you need to deal with a new consultant you need to resend documents. This is the worst STI I have ever dealt with. Do not use FNB Short Term Insurance. They need to stick to banking and stay out of the insurance space.
