FNB SHORT TERM INSURANCE THE WORSE BY FAR!!!!

FNB indicated they will contact me regarding a dispute about my claim but never did. The claims handler, assessor and neither resolution consultant contacts me. Definitely not the service a client expects. I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH KING PRICE, NOW THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
