FNB Short Term Insurance - SUCK!!!!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!!!

FNB Short Term Insurance is the worst place to go for Insurance. They are quick to assist you when they want you as a client but their after service SUCKS!!!!!! and is extremely poor!!!! Since we have been with FNB Short Term Insurance we only had problems and never solutions.

I would not recommend that anyone get insurance with FNB Short Term Insurance.

It is so bad my husband even want to move all our finances to another bank just because of the bad services we are getting from the insurance department.

We continually need to follow up on requests and when we get feedback is it not correct or true.

Still struggling with 1 query for almost a month now. Thu, 08 Jun 2023, 09:59 when it started. Today is 29 Jun 2023 and still not resolved.
