FNB short term Insurance robbing people their hard-earned money and rejecting claims for reasons that are non-existent.

I own two house loans with FNB South Africa and recently at there was Heavy Rain and wind, unfortunately my carport fell and was damaged and a part of my roof. FNB sent an assessor to first assess my house, they came back to me and said that the carport was old, and they cannot cover it. I disputed that because my carport was fine before the rain, then they sent another assessor who said that the bolts that they used on the carport were loose and the roof was loose and now they are rejecting again. I am so disappointed as i left standard bank hoping to get better service at FNB South Africa but now this. I have no choice but to look for better service elsewhere. People please be careful of this bank, they are horrible to their customers, completely out of touch with reality but will continue taking your money monthly.

I am first shopping for insurance then I'll move my home loans. I am done!
