FNB Short Term Insurance- non responsive

I have been trying to get a quote form FNB short-term insurance for 4 months with no success. I have been contacted by a number of consultants, each asking me to mail a policy schedule, and that is where it stops. I had once a consultant calling me, but the consultant did not manage to get back to me to complete the quote. I think FNB short-term insurance is a **** because I cannot get anyone to give me a quote.
