FNB Short term insurance is the worst ever (Never use)

FNB Short term insurance is the worst insurance for anyone to take. I've been with them for over a year and during the week (Tuesday) I submitted a claim for my geyser. The plumbing co. was called out and I had to pay R1000 excess as per contract. The guys worked on my geyser then yesterday ( Saturday) over R5600 was debited on my account without my permission. I could trace it's them from the transaction reference. I regret switching my insurance to them. I've never had issues with Nedbank and standard bank. Standard bank fixed my geyser on the other property without issues and Nedbank has come to my rescue many times before. Sies man FNB 😢 you guys suck!
