FNB short term insurance is the worsed

I decided I wanted all my portfolio to be with FNB. Worse decision was moving all my vehicle to them.On Saturday I was almost killed . Had a gun pointed at me while I was being searched for belongings. My car was shot at and my child saw all this. FNB insurance told me that they will assist with the claim and they are asking me to send pictures. Who takes pictures when they are being ******. Today is Wednesday. I was told about Trauma counciling and to this day we can't sleep and they didn't keep their promise . I hate this bank and for leaving my insurance and trusting them
