FNB short term insurance is a sham

One never know where to start with this useless institution,the only mistake I made was to remain inusred with them when I changed my banking from them to ABSA,their short term insurance is run and propably managed by redundant individuals,this is one stupid company that will sabotage some of its own employees by giving them false information to pass to us clients,I have a claim that was approved for my car that was ******,a very good claims agent named Neo did her best to finalise the claim and provide all necessary information but her superiors really does a great job in reversing all her good work,last week they advised her that she must inform me as a client that the claim has been settled but I just discovered now that those above her have been lying and managing clearly both me and her,how stupid can one be to even come up with such,please people stay away from this FNB short term insurance because you'll have to run after them to have your claims resolved timeously,they arr cheap and reasonable which is probably the first red flag,had I knew before I wouldnt have compromised myself with this nonsense,its a pity am one of those who joined them when they launched as I was still banking with them,I should have left them when moved my banking elsewhere,people stay awaf from FNB SHORT TERMS INSURANCE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND come the day you want to claim,they are ******** and cant be trusted
