FNB Short Term Insurance is a joke. Worst Experience!

I have had my cover with FNB short term insurance since 2022 and this is the first time claiming and it's been a nightmare. On Friday 3 January, when I submitted my claim, Donald told me that after I submit the quote required, they would review it the same day since it is for replacement of tyres and it's urgent. On Tues 7 Jan when I called, I was told by Lerato that they are taking their time because I have already paid for the replacement and it's no longer urgent. Excuse me, I couldn't believe my ears????! I was then transferred to Donald and he then told me a different story than Friday, he now said my claim has been submitted for approval on Monday and it takes 48 business hours to get an approval. I would get a response, latest Wednesday 8 Jan. Today is Thurs 9 Jan and I still haven't received any response on my claim. This is the worst claim experience of my life. What a joke!

Stay away from FNB Short Term insurance. Worst claim experience. Best believe I will be moving away from them!
