FNB Short Term Insurance & Home Loans - Useless

I have been trying to cancel my building insurance for over a month - I have moved my policy over to Absa Activate - However FNB fail to cancel my policy, I have emailed *** & ***.

I have also emailed my new policy/ cover confirmation.

How hard can it be to do your job? Three emails went unattended and now I am double paying for insurance.
