FNB Short Term Insurance gives you zero feedback and would not recommend anyone to use them.

I have an insurance policy with FNB over my house, and we had a fire in December. Submitted the claim and the assessor came the next week and said he had submitted the report and that contractors would be organised to come repair the damage. It is now 3 months later and I have not had any feedback from FNB around this. I have sent multiple emails and even contacted them telephonically only to be told that have left a message with the consultant handling the claim.

Have received literally ZERO communication from them on this claim, and I am left sitting with a hole in my ceiling for over 3 months now waiting for someone there to actually do some work.
