FNB Short-Term Insurance Policy Number: P129214

On 2 May FNB STI deducted my monthly premium. On 5 May, they deducted my premium twice. Thus, they deducted 3 premiums for the month of May. I have spent in total 4 hours on the phone, wasting my airtime. They cannot give me a straight answer as to when I will be refunded. Today will mark 3 working days since the issue started.
