FNB SHORT TERM INSURANCE DOUBLE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT

FNB Short Term insurance. I absolutely regret taking home insurance out with them. As per usual on the 2nd of May 2023 my debit order for my insurance policy went off, R621 is what was debited. On the 8th of May 2023 my geyser burst so we put In a claim. The claim process was a painful one , geyser is fixed and excess was paid to the plumber on 10th of May 2023. Now to my surprise and disgust I get a ban notification at 2am stating that Short term insurance at FNB has further debited R1242. Who the hell gave authorization. I paid My excess and my premium this month and now you FNB SHORT TERM INSURANCE HAS ****** MY MONEY FROM ME IN TOTAL YOU GUYS TOOK OVER R2000 from me. Who authorized this? Who gave you permission? Refund this premium immediately as your debit order went off and your excess was paid! This is the first time an insurance company does this! I will take it further should this debit not be refunded immediately
