FNB Short term Insurance does not give a damn !

They are always on time to deduct but give you a lack of urgency come claim stage. How do I report a burglary and ****** gate motor at my house 1st thing in the morning at 8am. The service provider appointed by them shows up at 5pm to do the assessment. Then NOTHING the whole of the following day. Meaning nobody realizes that I have no gate motor and I am exposed in a violent country like South Africa. Nobody cares? I must follow up?
