FNB SHORT TERM INSURANCE DESTROYED MY PROPERTY AND STILL EVADING CLAIM.

I laid a claim with FNB after my pool pump stopped working after bad weather. FNB sent their assessors who destroyed a large portion of my paving and did not put it back correctly instead left it in a disheveled heap and now has sent one picture showing baby roots a 10th of my pipe underground which have apparently caused the leaks without proving that this is where the leak is. The picture shown is at the entrance to my weir basket but there is no indication on the photograph that there is a crack or that the roots caused any crack. YOU CAN'T TAKE A PICTURE OF UNDERGROUND ROOTS AND SAY THERE THAT CAUSED THE CRACK WHEN THERE IS NO CRACK ON THE PICTURE FNB. The mere fact of existence of roots is not proof of the damage. The damage could be further up in the line but the assessors chose to open the land close to the trees because they knew they would find roots instead of trying to find the true leak area in the pipe. THIS IS A WAY OF TRYING TO EVADE A CLAIM AND NOW SEND ME TO THE OMBUD WHICH THEY KNOW WOULD BE A LONG JOURNEY INSTEAD OF PROVING THAT THE LEAK IS WHERE THE ROOTS ARE!!!!
