FNB short term insurance claims is the worst

FNB short term and insurance personnel by the name of Teboho Thebehadi is handling my Car Insurance Claim and I have lost trust in him, I had to make calls daily in order for him to do something with his Job, always requesting documents 1 by 1 worse the things he’s requesting are already in his mail, when I complain he says he doesn’t care I can go ahead. I have been with the bank for long and never had problems but their insurance is failing us as their clients. I don’t recommend them!
