Million Stars to FNB Short term Insurance : First would like to thank the insurance term for playing their part, and extremely so: at first I have made a decision to chose FNB Short term Insurance to insure my car, since it is more fair when it comes to access fee(very less) with reasonable benefits, as a first car driver and a perfect one, I unfortunately got into a car accident, hit by a taxi @ Stop sign, which was caused by the taxi driver whom acknowledged his mistakes... Well, then a made a claim with a guy called Them Ntaba: He was very helpful, and supportive during the claim process, even calm me down, that everything well be OK, it's the world we living it,.... Then boom the another claim consultant contacted me the very same day to process the claim further , named: Thomas Thessaloniki, we the combination went extremely amazing, thy handle everything with kindness and support... Yo, when ever doing follow ups was extremely getting enough support from the insurance team... With a blink of an eye the claim was approved.. Well, I honestly do not have all the names of the team, nor enough words... But I million times recommend Fnd Short term Insurance, because you'd never regret : Fair, honest and very helpful....
