FNB short term insurance

FNB short term insurance I have a business account with FNB, about 2 weeks back they took my laptop and cellphone which I use for my business. With nature of my business it is so difficult to function without those tools. I have submitted all the documents they want from my side, and since then I never received any feedback to regards. The service from FNB is extremely bad the communication is bad.
