Fnb short term insurance

I have tried claiming for storm damage and i have filed a complaint in mid November 2023. They came to the property in January 2024 and thereafter it has been impossible to get any feedback from them. After trying multiple times via fnb secure chat and contact 2agents and basically being ignored by solomon mooka and maureen matlalepoo regarding my claim for storm damage. I contacted the people that came to make an inspection but they said i need to speak to fnb. The closed the claim on their side and i did not receive any communication from them. I was previously with santam who gave amazing service and i decided to change to fnb as i bank with them... Big mistake. Fnb might be cheaper but if the reason for having insurance is to have peace of mind and assistance when you find yourself in a sticky situation then fnb is not for you
