Fnb short term insurance

I have had my first claim with fnb. Besides poor communication the send a guy to pick up my tv to assess it. No paper work no nothing i have no idea if I will even get it back. Then calling FNB they gave me even worse service. I am concerned that if i have a big claim id have more issues
