I would give a zero star if I could!

93 days since I put in a claim with them, and I still don't have my car back! Cliffort was helping, then he left me hanging. They are now no longer responding to my mails! Beside the fact that it took them 30 days to decide on whether my car was a write off or fixable, they partnered with a panel beater full of lies and dodginess. The insurance ombudsman is not responding, their customer complaints is not responding, no one is helping me with getting my car back!
