FNB Short Term Insurance

I contacted and lodged a claim on Saturday past for an electrical problem that I was experiencing. Spoke to all the relevant consultants. Low and behold the electrician only pitched on Monday just after 17h00. I turned the electrician down because somehow I managed to resolve the problem. Yesterday the problem rears its ugly head again. Once again I re-lodged the claim. I followed this up with another phone call this morning. Currently I’m still awaiting a response from FNB short term insurer’s. Very, very disappointed
