FNB short term Insurance

I was in a car( golf 1) accident 2 years ago in September and my car was written off and the claim was paid by FNB.

I thought this was all over but 2 years later I am trying to renew my disc for the new car I bought 2 years ago after the claim paid.

They took the car and I signed all the documents and gave them the NaTIS papers,keys and all the documents needed.

2 years later I am trying to renew my expired disc for my new car (polo) and at the traffic department and they telling me that I still own the golf 1 and it has fines so I can not get my new disc

I can not get a new disc now because of the fees owed and the car was signed over to them.

FNB has already sold the car and I am suck with this problem.

I gave them them a call but FNB still giving me the run around on this matter.

I am driving with a car that has an expired disc while I have paid for it but they won’t release it because of the fees owed on the golf 1.

FNB saying I must call the 3rd party company they sold the car to and try fix this myself.

I need this sorted ASAP.

When can not go to work because I don’t have a car to travel with. My only car now is not road worthy because of the disc I have already paid for and it is blocked because of the fees.

I talked to Donald Bila and Clifford Maluleka who report to Bewald Vamfchoor.

They did not assist at all as I am still sitting with the problem. They told me they can not even give me an estimate of how long this issue will be resolved. While I am stranded here FNB is making money and its business as usual
