FNB shocking treatment!

Very unhappy about FNBs service over the past few days. I had funds that were deposited from the legitimate sale of a property put on hold without being contacted by FNB. The funds came from the attorneys that were responsible for the transaction between buyer and seller! How can this be a suspicious transaction? I have never experienced this from other banks. Numerous payments to parties were rejected as this fell at the end of the month. I've been a loyal customer with FNB for ten and have all my accounts with them. I find it difficult to accept that they can't contact you first, asking for relevant documents to prove the sale was legitimate before putting your funds on hold. Maybe it's time to move banks if you get treated like a ********!
