FNB shocking service

The service at FNB has become absolutely shocking!! I have been battling since Thursday last week to get hold of someone at FNB Fiduciary Services in order to make some urgent enquiries on my late father's estate, which they dealt with. I was eventually given the "direct line number" of a Mrs Chetty - ***. After several attempts since last week, it is never answered and you are asked to leave a message. I have now left numerous messages which simply goes unanswered!!! Absolutely disgusting!
