FNB - shocking service delivery

My father died 2 months ago. Unfortunately his Last Will and Testament is with FNB. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, for the last 6 weeks to obtain a copy of my late father's will which I need in order to obtain a Letter of Executorship. I have sent 12 emails and have only received 2 responses that are not automated. Only after 3 weeks did the Deceased Estate Department refer my request to the Fiduciary Department. I thought it a good idea to send the Fiduciary Department a follow-up email only for them to advise that they only act on instruction from the Deceased Estate Department (which they had been sent already). I am getting shoved from pillar to post with no resolution in sight. I am at my wits end.
