FNB - Shocking service and lack of urgency

Good day,

I have opened a business account with FNB a few years ago, but never really used the account until recently. Then I started realizing that I pay an extremely big amount amount of bank fees every time I make a deposit into the account.

My private banker contacted me in this regard and we both agreed that we must change the account to a trading account as it was a non trading account for some reason.

Now, 7 weeks later and my business account is still not changed to a trading account. Thus, it is now costing me money to bank with FNB where they are supposed to help me to get the fees as low as possible. The service from the people whom must do the change has been nothing but shocking.

How can it take 7 weeks and still not resolved. My private banker is doping his best, but no assistance from the rest of FNB.

I am in the process of moving all of my accounts away from FNB, as this is just unacceptable.
