FNB Shocking service and knowledge

so I complained about FNB focusing on the destitute by offering a loan when we were in need due to Covid. I then received a pvt automated response so FNB looks fantastic in the eyes of Hello Peter. However I have not received any other feedback from FNB and can't seem to get it right.
