FNB Shocking SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service from FNB !!!!! They have incorrectly charged with fees which they have acknowledged. It then takes more than 10 days to reverse the charges.( Still not reversed when calling in no one can assist to speed up the process. They are very efficient when charging , interest etc..... but more than 10 days to refund your money.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
