FNB shocking service

SHOCKING service ! Paid up all my accounts been to 3 branches ( Maponya , Dobsonville and Randridge Mall ) to try close my account at FNB. It’s now gone over a month where they have added monthly charges now ! I even have a private banker which I don’t even hear from even after emailing and trying to get hold of her maggie hamese !!!!!!!
