FNB shocking service

I opened a business bank account with FNB and the service is quite honestly disgusting. I went into the branch to submit necessary documents and they account was simply not activated with no excuse. I have requested that details be updated and still nothing. I will be moving my business. Clearly FNB has too much on it's hands with it's *********** staff.
