FNB SHOCKING GREAT SERVICE !!!

I received notification that I qualify for an overdraft increase. I then went online an was in the process of applying but then saw I would have to upgrade to a premier account winch I did not want to do as the bank charges are crazy. I then cancelled the application and requested a call back. I received two sms after stating that my application is being processed. I was extremely irate at this point as I cancelled my application. I then proceeded to chat to Sharon on you secure chat on the FNB application who requested for some to call me. Nicolaas Beta then called me and boy was he a gem. He knew the product and was extremely efficient. For the first time am I impressed with the service from one of the FNB agents. Give that man a promotion or a salary increase lol.
