FNB SHOCKING

I have been sending my bank FNB emails for 3-5 days now with a huge query. I received info that I have a swaziland home loan, *** !! I have been trying to query this with my bank and yet no reply??? Well I guess this is what you get from FNB as they offer me absolutely nothing !!! They false advertise to how they can help you as they are not interested. DO NOT SWITCH , I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS !!! The customer service and follow up is shocking!! Yet I pay service fees but they do not assist you with anything or to help you in your needs !!!! SHOCKING , SHOCKING
