FNB Shark Tactics.

I always have had a scheduled payment setup for my levies, due to the pandemic I was laid off, so on the 1st of June with my account in arrears, FNB still allows the transaction to go through, putting my account further into the minus, I contacted them on secure chat, was told the transaction has been reversed due to insufficient funds, I should wait 5 to 7 days for the transaction to remove itself, so on the 10th of June money comes in and guess what? The "Failed" transaction GOES THROUGH 10 days later. Phoned them and get told sorry, nothing we can do, need to fill out this form and wait. Worst service I have ever received. I WILL BE MOVING TO ANOTHER BANK.
