FNB sharing private information

Even though my experience with FNB as a bank has been good, I have the following problem. The moment my bond was approved, my telephone rings non stop with offers for house insurance. I never gave FNB permission to share my information which has obviously been done widely. According to POPI this is *******. Can FNB explain why my information is leaked?
